Hi! I’m Ariana Dolan—wedding day coordinator, timeline guru, and your go-to calm presence when things get a little hectic. I've been coordinating weddings for over 12 years, ever since planning my own wedding in 2013. Over the years, I’ve had the joy of overseeing so many couples walk down the aisle—whether in grand cathedrals or beautifully crafted backyard celebrations.

I currently reside in Durham, North Carolina, where I live with my husband and four children. I also serve on the wedding committee for Holy Name of Jesus Catholic Parish, coordinating ceremonies at both Sacred Heart Cathedral and Holy Name of Jesus Cathedral in Raleigh.

While I manage vendor arrivals and perfect every detail behind the scenes, you get to stay fully present for your wedding day.
