Hi! I’m Ariana Dolan, a wedding coordinator who ensures your wedding day runs smoothly from start to finish. With over 12 years of experience in wedding coordination, my journey began while planning my own wedding in 2013 and has grown into a passion for helping couples bring their vision to life with confidence and ease.

Throughout the years, I’ve had the privilege of coordinating weddings of all styles and sizes—from grand cathedral ceremonies to thoughtfully designed backyard celebrations. Each event is unique, and I take pride in creating a seamless, well-executed experience tailored to every couple.

Based in Durham, North Carolina, I live with my husband and four children. I also serve on the wedding committee for Holy Name of Jesus Catholic Parish, where I coordinate ceremonies at both Sacred Heart Cathedral and Holy Name of Jesus Cathedral in Raleigh.

Behind the scenes, I manage logistics, timelines, and vendor coordination with precision—so you can stay fully present and enjoy every moment of your wedding day.

Lead Coordinator

Hi! I’m Joseph Distria, a Lead Coordinator with The Dancing Tulip Events, dedicated to making sure your wedding day runs smoothly from beginning to end. My journey into weddings began behind the scenes, working alongside wedding coordinators from the venue operations side and learning what it takes to bring every part of a wedding day together. Over the past several years, I’ve been part of more than 100 weddings and special events, ranging from intimate celebrations to weddings with over 300 guests.

Joining The Dancing Tulip Events felt like a natural fit because Ariana and I share the same approach to weddings: careful preparation, attention to detail, and a genuine desire to create an experience where couples can be fully present on one of the most important days of their lives.

On your wedding day, I'm there to manage the timeline, coordinate vendors, oversee setup and breakdown, and handle the unexpected so you don't have to. I believe luck favors the prepared, which is why I spend so much time planning ahead and thinking through every detail before the big day arrives. My goal is simple—to make sure you feel supported, cared for, and free to enjoy every moment.

Based in Raleigh, North Carolina, I've been happily married since 2024 and share my home with my two Bernedoodles. Outside of weddings, I enjoy supporting local small businesses throughout the Triangle and finding new ways to bring people together through meaningful experiences.
