Things to Consider When Choosing Your Package
Every wedding has different logistics. As you compare packages, consider:
What does your venue require? Does your coordinator need to be on-site for the full rental period, or are there specific setup and breakdown requirements?
How much planning have you already completed? Do you primarily need someone to take over the final details, or would you benefit from help with vendors, design, transportation, hotel blocks, or other planning decisions?
How much setup is involved? Are you keeping decor simple, or will there be lots of personal items, signage, candles, place settings, or other details to set up?
How many guests are you expecting? Larger weddings often require additional coordination support and more time for setup, guest management, and transitions.
Is everything happening in one location? Multiple ceremony and reception locations or a large venue with separate spaces can require additional coverage.
How many vendors are involved? The more vendors you're coordinating, the more communication and logistical management may be needed.
What does your caterer handle? Will they manage tables, place settings, bussing, trash, and end-of-night cleanup, or will some of those responsibilities need to be handled by your coordination team?
Do you need support with any additional wedding weekend events? A rehearsal dinner, welcome party, or other event may require additional planning or coordination support.
