Wondering How Booking a Wedding Coordinator Works?

1. Reach Out

Start by reaching out through our website to check availability for your wedding or event date. Once we receive your inquiry, we’ll confirm whether we’re available for your date and location and get back in touch with you within 48 hours.

2. Introduction Call

If we’re available, we’ll schedule an introduction call to learn more about you as a couple, your event, your planning needs, and how our coordination services can support you. These calls typically last 30–60 minutes and are designed to ensure we’re the right fit for your day.

3. Custom Proposal

After our call, we’ll put together a custom proposal designed around your event and planning needs. We believe in clear, upfront pricing, which is why we offer service packages on our Pricing Page to provide a general framework.

However, because no two events are the same, your final proposal is tailored to reflect the exact level of support your day requires—ensuring you’re investing in services that truly fit your event. Your proposal will clearly outline your selected services, coverage, and pricing so you know exactly what to expect.

4. Book & Confirmation

To officially reserve your date, we require:

  • A signed service agreement

  • A 25% retainer payment

Booking incentive: We offer a 20% discount for clients who book within 48 hours of receiving their proposal. This incentive helps keep our booking process efficient and our availability up to date.

5. Next Steps & Planning

Once booked, you’ll receive a detailed next steps email confirming your package details, payment structure, and outlining what comes next.

Planning calls will be scheduled based on your selected package and level of support. For clients who choose coordination-only services, our work together typically begins around 12 weeks prior to your event.

All clients receive ongoing email support throughout the planning process, along with access to our vendor recommendation list and a curated collection of planning resources and best-practice guides.
