Weddings with 100+ guests typically require an Assistant Coordinator for setup support. The number of assistant coverage hours is customized based on your venue, décor scope, and event flow. All assistant coverage is billed at $50 per hour and will be reflected in your proposal.

Travel Costs

Travel to sites more than 60 miles from our address in Durham, NC will require additional costs.

Fees may include vehicle mileage at the rate of $1.00 per mile and hotel accommodations when necessary to support safe travel and seamless coordination.
